The RM20 I purchased is a great little mower. It handles inclines over 45degrees with ease. Farmry had it delivered very quickly. The only issue I have had is after sale support. I am having trouble finding air filters for it. I also dropped the remote and broke the speed toggle switch. Emailed Farmry about it and haven't heard anything. If after sale support was as great as the purchasing experience, I'd give them 5 stars.
