Occasionally people have problems with deliveries, its what they do to make it right after. I ordered Librella, which is time/temperature sensitive even though it is packed in insulation, so it had to be delivered within 48 hours. Phoned them up after 48 hours especially as the temp was high, they were so helpful and pleasant, advised me not to accept the parcel off the post Office and they sent me a new pack which arrived within 22 hours. Highly recommended business to deal with.
