When I presented evidence of the inconsistencies, they suggested a refund if the product was not dispatched. It's been almost 30 days with no shipment, and now they are denying my refund request. I've reported this situation to my credit card company as potential fraud. Edit: They claimed to have reached out to me, but this is not true. I have not received any emails or attempts to resolve the issue.
