I order a Ukraine baseball cap. The delivery never arrived I've contacted their support to be told the item was returned to another warehouse but they can't get it but are willing to resend the order if I pay for their loss and shipping or I could get a refund but the cost of the item and shipping would be deducted. Win win for them Los Loss for me I'll never use them again and encourage everyone to do the same.
