I ordered two Gulf of Mexico hats. They provided frequent email updates on the order status. I received them within a couple of weeks. They are decent quality and even included an insert to maintain the structure of the crown of the cap. They initially overcharged me, but when I brought this to their attention via email they refunded me immediately. On the down-side, their email communications were very unusual in their language and format, though they still worked; it seems like maybe a language conversion issue. I can see why there may be questions about the integrity of this company, but in the end they proved their worth.
