I’m a first time online customer with Fashion TIY. I downloaded the app, registered and made my first purchase with this company because honestly I loved their products and loved their prices even more 😍 I knew this was all too good to be true when I placed my order on the 31st of March and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve tried messaging their customer services over and over again yet no response has been made. It would be helpful if they can update their services by keeping their customers fully aware of what’s happening with their order or atleast a confirmation message if any sort. Some instructions will also help with customers as it’s so easy to order and have your money taken out but no response from them at all 🥺 There is no communication whatsoever with this wholesaler either or the app or through their website. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to using this company as a main supplier. I’m still waiting on my order and hoping their services will be updated some times soon.
