I used to order from this company all the time, but I believe somethings going on with the company to wear. They may be going out of business. The selections online were a red flag for me. In the summertime, there are a lot of winter clothes online… Weird. Nonetheless, I ordered a bathing suit for an event that I am attending and I paid for the standard shipping which guarantee me. I would have my items in three days. It has now been 10 days. I have yet to receive my order. I have been emailing and the response I get is always we’re still preparing. We’ve submitted a ticket. We do not have an estimated time. We will let you know when your product has shipped. I have never had this issue with fashion to figure until now I have sent an email requesting a full refund because I ordered my outfit from Fashion Nova and got it the very next day and I will never order from here again probably won’t get the chance to as it seems like they are going out of business. Also, they did let me know even though there is a customer service number listed and you can dial the customer service number and they’ll ask you to leave your email address and a voicemail message. They do not have an active phone line. They are contacts by email only and they did let me know that After I submitted an email after they weren’t returning my phone calls.
