They are awful. I placed an order and a week later asked when it would be shipped. The customer service rep said that they don’t have access to that information and that the warehouse would send me the info. I asked if I could be connected to someone there and she said no, that I just have to wait. The customer service is awful and the company needs to do better. What’s the point of customer service if they can’t help?
