I ordered a pair of shoes from fashion to figure. They were too big so I had to return them and order a size smaller. I returned them. A week later after calling for my refund they said once the warehouse receives the package it takes another 5-7 business days to process the return. We'll they received it 2/2/23 it is now 3/6/23 and they still says it's the warehouse and I have to wait on a email . Beyond angry and will never order another item for as long as I live.
