I bought a bag and thought it hadn’t gone through so bought a second in error. I contacted Fasoni via phone (no reply) and via email within 10 mins of the purchase to cancel the second order (in line with their cancellation policy which on their website stated you could cancel within 2 hours). They emailed me and told me the timeframe was one hour and that I was too late and could return the bag to the Netherlands at my own cost. I said I’d complied with their policy. They said it was too late and deleted the cancellation policy from their website. I was within one hour. They said I was still too late. In the end I raised a dispute with my bank (after several emails). They emailed asking me to close the dispute because i had received the bag and are a small business. I sent them the email chain in which they were untruthful about me being too late. I got the money for the second bag back via my bank and will never buy from them again. I realised that they ship their stock from China. I was buying from them in an attempt to be more ethical but you may as well pay a quarter of the price and buy from the cheap Chinese websites.
