Misleading advertising and sub standard goods

Advertising luxury cardigan with free postage, and money back if not satisfied. However, they did not state in their advertising that the company is registered in the Netherlands, but returns have to go to China at customer expense, circa £30. They state 'You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping, unless the product is damaged or the error is on our part.' I took delivery of a black Annie cardigan, £40, such poor quality, no label at neck, no label with washing instructions, several sizes smaller than that requested, and of an extremely sub-standard knit - almost solid. So inferior, I cannot even donate to charity. I ordered size Medium, I am size 12, but I couldn't get it on. So their sizing is in error. But so poor would not be able to wear. Company said only issue refund if I return, or I could have another garment at discount, but still need to return. Kept apologising for my predicament, but no goodwill. Avoid this company - they are providing extremely poor quality goods with no feasible recall. Garment cost £40, but return postage around £30 to China. I feel robbed.
