I had a very disappointing experience with Fasoni. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on their website, the quality was poor, the fabric completely wrinkled and transparent, and the size much smaller than described.When I contacted their customer service, they refused to give me a refund to my account and only offered a discount code for future purchases. After insisting, they finally sent a return label but made it clear that I must pay for the return shipping to China, which is very expensive.This company’s practices feel dishonest and unfair. The product was not as described, and the after-sales service is unhelpful and misleading.I strongly recommend avoiding Fasoni, save your money and shop somewhere reliable.
