Bought a £60 cashmere and fleece hoodie but when it arrived it was made of the cheapest polyester in the world. Where’s the cashmere?The hoodie is out of shape and unbranded. The only label says “100% polyester”. I’ve been emailing them for a week trying to return that rubbish hoodie and get a refund but they just stall, replying to emails 48 hours after if you’re lucky. They want photos and videos showing the problem but the problem is that they sell rubbish clothes and my dislike cannot be photographed or videoed. I also think that I’ve been emailing with an AI agent called Emma instead of a real person, as the answers to the emails are always the same. I start to believe that I was robbed of £60. I will report them to the relevant authorities and to the Police. How can you be so dishonest and rob customers’ money like this without consequences?I won’t let it go. The 5 stars reviews are done by them as I don’t believe anyone will be happy with this rubbish clothes. Avoid this website.
