Wrong item sent, no joy with customer services.

The item I was sent in no way resembles the one I ordered. I ordered an "elegant fur-trimmed hat" and received a (too small) knitted hat. When I contacted their customer services department, they assured me that they had sent the correct item. Ignore what they say on their website. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. I'm attempting to get a refund.
