Ordered ladies jacket material was of very poor quality and was small. I have been trying for some time to return item for a refund. They asked for a photo of item to help resolve the issue. I've sent numerous emails and told support team would be in contact. This has been ongoing from 13th October my last email 3rd November has not been resolved.
