Ordered shoes on the 27th August 2025. Still no shoes on the 23rd September. I sent several emails asking them to chase the order (it was always at the same point of transit when I checked online ) and then emails asking for a refund. The company refused to acknowledge that they were lost. They kept telling me it was about to be delivered. Very bad service, always acknowledged my emails but only to say they would arrive soon. Will try and claim back through credit card indemnity insurance.
