It should be zero stars. They totally failed the trade descriptions act by fraudulently describing a sweater as "cashmere" but it's clearly 100% manmade fibre. They brushed up the picture to disguise how badly put together it is. I have tried to return it but they will not give me a return address nor agree to refund me. They keep sending stalling emails, but not as frequently as the incredibly irritating sales ads. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
