And that’s only because I had to push something to get my key board to pop up. Here’s my complaint today I’m to have my 2022 Chevy truck delivered and I will say because of some serious complication's it took me2 days to get the cash for trans port.which was fine I feel that they were no any understanding about it, which I thanked them many times so we made a verbal agreement that I was to pay $300.00 that I thought was fair no complaint since it was being transported from San Francisco to Los Angeles 392 miles I had a complaint. The agreement was I would pay 50% upfront and then needed to load the truck. Take a video of it and send it to me I see that it’s not damaged and then I would wire them the money I would pay them through Apple Pay, which I did and then we made the I told them that they said that they wanted me to say nothing at that point I went and bought three Apple Pay cards $50 apiece and they got agreement was once my vehicle was delivered and pulled off of the truck and I got inspected. I would pay the balance of the $350. I mean the 150 I would pay the balance of the $300 on the 300 all of a sudden and once once they get it loaded there our screaming and yelling and hollering and calling my phone every four seconds complaining a bitching and whatever about how I need to send the balance because the manager decided that he’s gonna change the contract like you can’t do that. I’m short I gave him. I gave him $50 more. I told him I was going to keep 100 for the final inspection of the car once it’s delivered and offloaded now live informed me and then finally they bugged me and bugged me fast here I gave it to. I gave it to them the full amount now now they have the full $300 at that point they messaged me and tell me that the car cannot be delivered until I pay an external third-party insurance policy out on the vehicle. That’s $1000 for the day no one ever mentioned anything about anything like that I’ve been working on getting this truck buying this truck and getting at home for four months and no one has ever mentioned anything about this to me now they say they got my truck sitting on the truck on a trailer on the inside the building and they say they’re holding it hostage until I pay the thousand dollars because that truck has to be delivered to its original destination and no matter what it cannot be taken out out of there. I told him you got your dreaming dude check this out I own that truck. I’m the owner of that truck you are working for me. I contacted you to do the service for me. I changed my mind. I’m coming to get it. You can come here, but it’s a waste of your time, sir I said bullshit. I’ll tell you right now. If I have to come there more than that more than My Truck’s gonna come out that door so they tell me I’m telling you right now straight out there’s a final decision that this vehicle is never going anywhere until you pay the thousand dollars for the insurance policy. I said you know what I said as as a delivery service you are bound contractually by law by the government to have insurance policies to cover damage caused by your company or his drivers, I said that’s not necessary for me to have to have it. You have to carry that policy not me Long story short they’ve got my truck and they tell me that I’m not gonna get it. I paid $1000 so now the dilemma so I go down there and kick Dorien maybe bring them a friend or two not not nacho do any pet do any harm on anyone just to ensure that I walk out of there with what I want what I came with is my truck I can change my mind and I should be able to get Mike and walk in there and go get it back For Customer Service My Truck.
