They are quick to respond, polite, and make the process seem seamless. However, as soon as you need to make a claim, their true colors show.Filing a claim was an absolute nightmare. The process was slow, confusing, and after submitting all required documents, I was met with constant delays and no clear communication. When I finally managed to speak with a representative, they were unhelpful and dismissive.It’s clear that once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about providing any real service. I expected support and assistance when I needed it most, but instead, I was left frustrated and stressed.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
