I have honestly in my life never been more filled with white hot rage than I have been with the claims process from Fast Cover. Submitted a claim for a broken shoulder. After 3 weeks I got a reply from a third party asking for additional documents (completely fair, I left something out). I gave over the docs and was told they were received and that I should wait another 10 days. Fast forward 3 weeks pass and I'm now being told by the third party that I need to submit more documents (all things I have already I provided to fast cover orignally) at the exact same time I am ALSO being told by Fast Cover that my claim has been cancelled for not submitting documents.. I am really holding my tongue when it comes to how I would actually like to express my feelings about this, but suffice to say I am ropable. It is pathetic that 2 companies can have such little communication and we as the customers pay the price of the ineptiude. As a traveler living paycheck to paycheck, to be without this claim money for so long has made my in foreign country so much more difficult. It is actually the height of irony that they call them selves FAST cover...
