I reserved a luxury vehicle through the platform, expecting a specific model. When the car arrived, it was a different variant than what was advertised. I provided evidence showing the website's original claims, but instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed it, insisting it was the same model, and offered an ambiguous promise of a discount that never materialized. To add insult to injury, the website's description was altered, and I was asked to submit proof again. The lack of accountability and poor customer support was frustrating. I cannot recommend this service.
