Disappointing Experience with Faster Cars: Issues with Billing and Transparency

I hope I could have given a better rating.Our recent experience with Faster Cars left us somewhat disappointed. While there were a few positives, the overall experience was far from what we expected.Details:Positive:We appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the car. It was in good shape, which added some comfort to our journey.The team communication is professional. Negatives:Misleading Assurance: The car we reserved was not the one we received. This discrepancy between what was promised and what we got was frustrating and inconvenient.Hidden Charges and Unavailability of Reserved Car: The lack of transparency in this regard was disheartening. Notably, we had reserved a specific car model (Mustang blue orange 63249) for 500 Dirham per day. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the car was not in stock (Do note this was a car we reserved NOT SURE WHAT RESERVATION MEANS THEN). The team forced us to pick up a different car, a Dodge Charger V8, which was listed on their site for 450 Dirhams, a price lower than what we had reserved a Mustang for. Nevertheless, we were compelled to pay an additional 105 Dirham for the substitute vehicle.Questionable Billing: The lack of a detailed explanation for an unauthorized $74 charge on our invoice raised doubts about the billing practices of the company.Pre-existing Damage: We were held responsible for a preexisting scratch on the vehicle, despite having photographic evidence with timestamps proving it was there before our rental.Lack of Documentation: An extra charge of 60 dirhams for Salik tolls was imposed, but we were repeatedly denied documentation/receipts to verify this cost.In summary, the experience was marred by several issues, and the lack of transparency in billing and charges was a significant concern. While the car's cleanliness and maintenance were pluses, they did not outweigh the other disappointments. We sincerely hope the company addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.
