I promptly provided them with screenshots that confirmed the original listing. Rather than addressing their error, they refused to take responsibility, insisted it was 'the same car,' and only vaguely promised a future discount that never materialized. To add to the frustration, the website description was altered afterward, and I was asked to submit proof once more. There was a lack of accountability, no compensation offered, and the customer service was very disappointing. The advertising was misleading, and the overall handling was unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.
