Very bad experience. I have paid and set up auto booking specifying exact 2 weeks when I want to find test date. They found it and didn't book it as it was short notice and I did not confirm it within 10 minutes?!When I requesting following 2 weeks I am obviously expecting and short notice right? And I'm not expecting to have to confirm it when I set up auto booking. Ridiculous. My conclusion was it's only machines doing work, no people with common sense verification. And no refund. Waste of money.
