They issued a letter before my appointment, before any establishment with a medical provider, not giving me a chance to cancel my appointment even when I expressed that I no longer need their services. I never spoke with the doctor, and yet they issued a letter - which is against California state law and makes the letter invalid anyways. Despite me never establishing a relationship with the doctor, they are refusing to refund me because in the end, they wrote me some copy+paste letter that has no information whatsoever about my own needs for an ESA. Their response below claims the letter is not an official ESA letter yet they labeled it as one when they delivered it to me and claimed all my services has been completed and therefore cannot receive a refund. After I wrote a detailed email about the law and my concerns, they are finally issuing me a refund.
