I have nothing positive to say about this company. When I went to the Iowa Secretary of State website to file my biennial report, I noticed a line which said, "Sign into your Fast Track Filing account" at no additional charge. Somehow I landed on FastFilings.Com and boy are they a ripoff, in my opinon. They registered me alright and charged me $159, $30 of which was my registration fee. When I contacted them, Tim gave me a non-answer. After being more emphatic with my request, they refused to give me an answer and said I was rude and unprofessional. Rest assured, I will never make that mistake twice and have absolutely nothing good to say about this......company. Total disrespect for them since they would not answer my questions.
