This is just my experience so far. I cannot get anyone to give me update on my order. Someone reached out right away to ask me for additional information (which I provided) then they stopped talking to me. The girl Ana didn't confirm anything afterwards. I've sent several inquiries just to ask for status from Ana and customer service and no one is helping or communicating. Part of great customer service is communication. It's been 9 days but bc they asked for information I need to know that they received it and my order is being worked on and it seems like no one can help me. Honestly it seems like no one cares.
