I just wanted to express how impressed I was with the customer service team. A special thanks to a representative who stood out from the rest. Throughout my visa processing period, which extended longer than usual (from October 25th to December 5th), I didn't see her during weekends. Whenever I messaged her, I eagerly awaited her reply.
