This is a total fraud and I fell for it. I bought a domain from them but it's now impossible to renew it, even by paying their invoice my domain name is lost. They stole my money. I tried to contact them multiple times but I got absolutely no response. I don't think they're a real company. They're NOT fasthost.co.uk
