The customer support is dreadful. I never used the app, and it was difficult to cancel my subscription or remove payment details. They charged me £10.99, and when I reached out, the support team claimed they canceled my service but refused to issue a refund, despite my not using the app at all. I want to escalate this issue. Very dissatisfied with their unhelpful response.
