Ordered a week ago and was explicitly assured by their support team that the labels would arrive on Wednesday. They never showed up.The next day I contacted them again, and another rep confidently promised delivery on Thursday. Still nothing.When I followed up, all I got was a half-hearted “sorry” and some excuse about why they suddenly couldn’t deliver on a day when I actually needed them. Bit useless as I needed them for Friday’s event. These people are utterly useless. They give firm assurances, then deliver the exact opposite – zero reliability, zero accountability.“Fast Labels” should be renamed Slow Labels, because speed is clearly not something they understand. This was my first (and last) order with them. Their service is an absolute disgrace and a total waste of time.I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend everyone avoids this incompetent company like the plague. Terrible first impression? More like a permanent warning to steer clear..
