Absolutely terrible experience with Fastlocksmithlondon. I was massively overcharged, they billed me £1,296 just to attend, fit, and install a lock that cost £377. On top of that, they added a charge of £375 for a so-called "temporary fix," which makes no sense at all.When I tried to get clarification, the man on the phone was unbelievably rude. He kept hanging up on me, couldn’t even explain the invoice himself, and at one point told me to “f*** off” before cutting the call. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.This company is a scam - no transparency, ridiculous charges, and appalling customer service. Do not go with them under any circumstances.
