Zero communication. Slow. I ordered on the 15th. Website said ship next day. Confirmation email said ship the 19th. I called and asked and was on the phone over 20 minutes, they could not find my order in their system even with the order #. Finally he found it, told me he had no idea when it might ship. I still don't have a shipping confirmation, but I do have a UPS package from an unknown shipper on the way that was sent out on the 24th, but wont be delivered until the 29th. Maybe those are my pens? What a JOKE. Will never order again.
