Both orders were paid for but then canceled by production. The revised order was incorrect, being ten times larger than intended; we overlooked the extra zero in the proof. Consequently, we ended up paying for an order that was completely unusable. It took more than 1.5 months to receive a partial refund for the unfulfilled order, and we are still awaiting the revised order. This has been a total disaster.
