This company are scammers just like Spreadexs that robbed us of $2 millions. We then engages Fast Refund Group and they promised us to recover our money, charged us $28,000 and have not recovered a penny. Service agreement was for 6 months, and six months is not passed yet, but we cannot get in contact with them nor will they answer our e-mails, nor can we get them on the phone. In fact when the agreement was signed Weslley (weasel) Wake gave us written e-mail stating that agreement of service will continue past 6 months until the matter is satisfactory completed or ended by mutual agreement. Yet after 5 1/2 months we have been left to our own devices, they would not do anything for us. Also told us lies at the beginning that they will perform recovery of our funds, then they changed it saying they cannot do this in Australia and we have to do it ourselves, they just gave us some advice. They are the same as scammers. I see that there are similar reviews on the Trust Pilot, and then they deny to know the person as well. We have all documentation regarding our engagement with them so if they say they do not know us they are lying againTese people are lying through their noses, they are saying they have no record of me. I have umpteen numbers of correspondence with these scammers and receipts of money sent etc, Now they would not even answer my mail or phone calls, They are just as bad as scammers. I was very angry when I saw that Fast Refund Group denied that I was their customer! Not only am I their customer, I have been calling them all the time, since I signed the mutual agreement 27/05/2024.then The legal information they provided about the supervision of AFCA in Australia is wrong.I have sent two times letters to fast Refound group customer support section, no response to me either, I worked out now, they are scammer too. I don’t believe the any positive Reviews. They are lies, I have all the evidence.
