My experience with the company and their product has been very frustrating. I’ve invested over $70,000 into this project, and it still doesn't function correctly due to ongoing technical issues and subpar service. Everything incurs additional costs, even minor updates. Initially, they promised mobile app setup was included, but I was later shocked to find I had to pay an extra $700 just to update the system for app functionality. The website is painfully slow, and despite my efforts to optimize it, nothing has worked. Their technical team is unresponsive and inconsistent, taking days or weeks to reply, and when they do, they only address minor issues while leaving others unresolved. I suspect they intentionally delay responses to let the warranty expire so they can charge for support. They even tried to bill me for their errors, like the API integration mishandling that caused my site to go down repeatedly. They later admitted it was their fault but still expected payment. To top it off, I found out I don’t own the source code—only a license to use it, despite being told I would fully own the system. They also claimed the package included social login setup and marketing consultation, but after nearly a year, I received no marketing support. The system lacks many features that were advertised and remains buggy and slow even after updates. Their business model seems centered on charging clients for every small fix or modification, even when it’s clearly part of the original setup. In short: the company is unreliable, slow, and misleading in their commitments. If you’re considering working with them—don’t. You'll end up wasting time, money, and energy just as I did.
