Terrible costumer service. Paid for a product & shipping & handling back in December. It’s February and I never received my package. I’ve been contacting costumer support for the last 2 months trying to get my product. They keep sending me the same email with a tracking number that hasn’t updated since Jan 7th. I called the local Post office & they told me it was sent back to the shipper. The link shows the package was never scanned for delivery. They refuse to give a refund or replace lost or stolen item
