FREQUENT SKIPPING ISSUES! They attribute the problem to the service provider, but everything else functions well. This is the most frustrating TV provider I've ever encountered. Don't believe their excuses. It's not due to your wired connection, cable box, or router. The service is constantly skipping, stalling, and pausing. And they are unable to resolve it.
SKIPS ALL THE TIME!!! They blame the service provider, but everything else works fine. This is the WORST TV PROVIDER EVER. Don't believe them. It’s not your wired connection, cable box, or router. IT'S THIS SERVICE... SKIPS, STALLS, PAUSES CONSTANTLY. AND THEY CAN'T FIX IT.
The only good thing for me is the content from creators, as I'm not a big fan of movies, but WHY are there only 3 ads allowed? I have to endure six ads every 5 or 10 minutes, which is frustrating. Most of the ads are repetitive, and after using the app for a while, you'll have them all memorized. It's very annoying.
You need to know multiple languages as there’s no option for English subtitles. I watched some films without any translations but faced numerous ads in English, sorry, American, for a game. The next day, I started the app again, and translation options appeared. I enjoyed watching a Russian film without problems. There are many interesting films available, and I look forward to using this service often.
One can only assume that when launching a streaming service, the goal is to make it so appealing that a larger company would acquire it. After installing this app, I realized the decision-makers must be out of touch. There are countless ad breaks that interrupt the viewing experience like landmines. The same ads repeat within each break, appearing unexpectedly and cutting into scenes, ruining the enjoyment of the content. I tried watching an old drama but couldn't get through the first episode due to the barrage of repetitive ads. I can’t fathom how this service plans to grow its user base while pushing people away. An incredibly frustrating and pointless streaming option. The only good part is uninstalling it.
I usually don't mind ads, but my first experience with this service changed that. There are too many interruptions with 8 ads every 10 minutes. For instance, a Coca-Cola ad was shown four times in just three minutes. Other streaming platforms seem to grasp viewer frustration with ads better and don’t overdo it like this service. I’m uncertain if I’ll return to this app frequently. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s not impressive.
