It was so easy to use. I didn't have to sign up to anything and the costs were really clear. I uploaded the document, gave the fax number, paid for the fax ($2 for first page, $1 for every subsequent page - cheaper than another place that wanted $5 for the first page), and then the fax was sent. There was a progress page and an email when the fax was successful. I was going to check with the place I sent the fax but before I could they rang me to discuss the document. Turned out one of the documents was incorrect so I refaxed it again with Faxaroo.The only quibble I have is that there was a +61 in front of the fax number with nothing on the website about whether this would prevent a 1800 number fax from sending. As you had very clear refund terms for unsuccessful faxes I decided to give it a go. Other online fax places had such confusing costs with the need to sign up and take out 'credit packages'. I also didn't need a fax line. I just wanted to send a fax and Faxaroo helped me do that with the minimum of fuss, clear costs upfront, and notification if the fax was successful or not. I will be using them again if I ever need to send a fax. And I didn't have to leave the house.
