After three weeks of waiting, FBS completely terminated my account, apparently because I was profitable. They refused to provide any explanation and even stated that they were not obligated to explain their decision. My funds were not returned, and I was repeatedly accused of money laundering despite having fully verified my account, bank details, and source of income.
I formally submitted a complaint about the accusations and the behavior of customer service, but after three weeks of daily follow-ups, I still received no response.
I also reported the issue to their regulator, FSC Belize, but received no reply there either.
Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted. Do not do business with them.
