Amazing experience and an amazing team. I took a flight in Birmingham on Sunday. I had never been on a plane before. I always said I would and could never step foot on one, but I did, I did it! The online modules were some insightful and the coping strategies really helped me through it. Although really really anxious the team done amazing at helping us stay calm and coming over if we were struggling. They talked about what each sound was and I definitely couldn't of got through it without them. If your hesitating this is a message to say, just go for it. 100% recommend!
