I haven’t flown since 2018 and was reluctant and extremely nervous to attend this course.The online module was a complete eye opener and certainly changed my way of thinking about getting in a plane.On the day of the flight experience due to the personal chat I had with Captain James, who probably pick up that I was nervous whilst waiting in the lounge, this along with he’s fabulously reassuring commentary throughout the flight put me and others at complete ease. I must also thank Mark and the rest of the EasyJet team on the day as they were all extremely helpful and reassuring.Couldn’t have done this without them so huge thanks to all.
