This was an excellent course. I am naturally very cynical and negative (!) and was very doubtful it would help me if I’m honest. I found the course materials really helpful and the onflight narrative by the captain a total game changer. All the other staff both before and during the flight were superb and supportive (as were my fellow participants on the day). I would definitely recommend and would encourage anyone with a fear of flying to sign up to this course. I only wish I went on it 25 years ago! Thank you to all involved. I am actually now looking forward to booking my next flight - which is frankly staggering when just a few days ago I would have been terrified!
