I’d seen quite a few adverts for this and when a great offer came out I jumped at it. I’ve always forced myself to fly and just see it as a means to an end. 2-4 hrs of pain for a huge gain of exploring somewhere new.Then, I came across this website, read through the information and testimonials and thought with such a huge success rate what could I lose.For me it’s always a chain reaction of thoughts caused by the unknown noises, clicks, bumps, movements could always be a trigger to extreme anxiety. Using the downloads really helped to dispel the fears my mind created. I knew it was irrational but not being able to inform my brain of the reality held me back. Then I found fearless flyer who offered a home program with lots of downloaded guides. For me listening to the guide talk you through exactly what happens from take off to landing was the peace of mind I really needed. I remember being sat in my seat and hearing the engines go quiet- panic would set in but now I understand the process, I may not like the change but it doesn’t trigger catastrophic thoughts.Last week, whilst getting ready for the airport I sat and completed the body relaxation and then whilst sat in the departure lounge I completed The mind relaxation. I felt great! Four flights in one week, three successful and one full of anxiety at the start but by the end I was calm. The sound track really helped me prepare for the last flight, which I am happy to say was smooth and with no anxiety. Would I recommend the course? Definitely!I’m not going to say that it’s a magic cure but it definitely released me off the crippling anxiety I usually feel. The future me believes with consistent use and firmer understanding each fight will be better than the last.Take the plunge, trust the process and work hard with the tools- its that simple.
