I am deeply troubled by the negligence and unprofessionalism of animal welfare organizations. After trying to seek help for a stray dog and her puppies, I faced numerous hurdles: non-functional contact numbers, officials claiming they only respond to deceased animals, and a lack of genuine assistance.
