I really want to give them 5 stars only because Alex was really good and responding to my questions and allowing me to feel heard... but with all the reviews online that were negative the complaince thing started sounding like complete BS... I accidentally did a top up of $5k, it got into the account 10/02 and I finally got a refund today after contacting them daily... today js 10/28... the complaince thing seems like BS & the finance department also comes off as BS because you never get correspondence from them... only from Emma and Alex...
