I have been requesting my $5000 deposit to be refunded for over a month now, I made multiple calls and emailed their finance department several times, no response on my email, the customer service phone line each time after long music hold wait told me it will be processed in a couple days, but nothing happening still after a month. We need to hold this business responsible.
