Federa is a scam.They were very quick to intake my $1500 deposit in minutes.Their so called website that gives you acsess to real-estate auctions was showcasing houses that were technically scheduled but had been paid off so they were removed from the county list. However federa was so called showing the auction was on and bidding was continuing that is when I realized these guys are putting on fake bids. So I tried to get my money back. And right away the website said it will take 30 days which already was a red flag. So I waited a month and no payment came through. I called them at 18665818268 and they claimed to have an issue with stripe and after pushing for an answer they said I would get paid end of November. 2 weeks past no payment I call again and mInd you once they know your number they keep you waiting an hour until they answer so you need to try from a new phone number. And it's always the same lady answering so after 2 times she comes up with the excuse that they have a banking issue. She did admit that they can receive payments but can't process refunds which I find to be ridiculous at least be a good liar. She kept on saying your payment will come... it's all lies.I'm still waiting for my refund and it's almost 8 weeks. Every part of this screams its a scam stay away!
