I made a rather large deposit to my account in hopes of purchasing a home through this company. It's been more than 3 months since a refund has been issued, yet is continuing to await approval. I have attempted multiple ways to reach someone for an update, and all I receive is the run-around. Do not use this company; they do not stick to integrity, and now I have no other option than to pursue legal action.
