Fed Ex delivered a package today around 12 noon. I saw the truck and I could see the driver from my glass door. He could barely carry the carton. It slipped from his grip and the corner of the box hit the concrete and he just let it fall flat on the concrete. He turned and walked back to his truckand and left. I was very concerned because the package contained 4 pieces of GLASS SHELVING! I emptied the carton and brought the parts inside. The glass shelving was contained in a sealed box. It was heavy but I was able to get it inside. I didn't hear any broken glass but I needed to open that box to be sure there isn't any CRACKED glass. I opened the box and the glass shelving was not cracked or broken that I could see.I'm an 80 year old woman of good stamina and was able to move the shelving box indoors. But I am not happy with this delivery person. He was careless, he could have hurt himself by not using a handtruck and he couldn't have cared less about the safe delivery of the item.
